Some of my qualifications are a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Michigan State University. I have worked as a veterinary assistant, and am certified by the American Red Cross and Pet Tech in Pet First Aid. I have also worked with Last Chance Rescue as a foster home to rescued dogs for several years. I was also a wildlife rehabilitator with Friends of Wildlife. I have extensive experience with dogs, cats, exotics, caged critters, birds, horses and small farm animals. I am active with the 4-H Livestock Committee and the Wayne County 4-H Fair. My vision is to remain a respected professional within the pet care industry.
